A New Chapter: The Integration of SDS and SDC
Smart Dentistry Solutions (SDS) was established in 2019 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shofu Inc. (Kyoto, Japan), with a vision to bring cutting-edge digital solutions to the US market. Over the years, SDS became a trusted partner for dental labs, offering high-quality CAD/CAM materials, equipment, and digital workflows.

By merging SDS into Shofu Dental Corporation—a company with decades of service to the North American dental community—we have created a stronger, more efficient organization. As Shofu Lab USA, we now offer a seamless portfolio that includes:
