Important Notice: Completion of Merger and Operational Changes for SHOFU Lab USA

Thank you for your continued support of SHOFU Lab products.

We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2026, Smart Dentistry Solutions Inc. (SDS) has officially merged with our group company, SHOFU Dental Corporation (SDC). Consequently, the SHOFU Lab USA business has been integrated into SDC.

All business operations and the supply of products and services previously provided by SDS have been assumed by SDC.

Important Note Regarding Orders and Invoices: Please be advised that starting January 5, 2026, ordering channels and the invoicing entity will change. We will provide separate instructions regarding these specific changes.
